Penfida Partners, the pension fund trustee advisory firm set up in January by three former Lazard bankers, has made two senior hires with the additions of Sir Bryan Nicholson and Michael Baughan.

Both join as senior advisers and will act as a resource to the partners, providing advice on how to develop the business.
