Pensions firm Xafinity raises £180m for stock market debut

Xafinity, a UK pensions consulting and admin firm, has raised £180 million for a stock market float, including a £125 million payday for current private equity owners CBPE Capital.

Zeus Capital, a UK investment-banking boutique, is lead adviser and bookrunner on the deal, which will see Xafinity debut on the London Stock Exchange's main market at 139p per share on February 16, with a market capitalisation of £190 million.
