Baring Asset Management has suffered the departure of Percival Stanion, Andrew Cole and Shaniel Ramjee – who have run its multi-asset funds for several years.

To fill the gap, Marino Valensise is stepping down as chief investment officer after seven years in the job to take over from Stanion as head of the multi-asset group, according to a statement from Barings.
