Phoenix Equity Partners, the UK mid-market buy-out house, will have generated over £100m (€145m) in profits from three exits since August last year when it completes its latest sale, Covenant Healthcare, a UK plastic surgery firm.

Phoenix invested £10m in Covenant and is expected to sell its stake for £60m in a transaction that values the business at £180m.
