Bill Gross’s 43-year career with Pacific Investment Management Co ended with a handwritten resignation letter left “in the middle of the night,” according to a new court filing from the money-management giant.
The famed bond investor exited Pimco's Newport Beach, California, office for the last time in late September 2014 without telling anyone he was leaving, according to Pimco.
