TVN, the Polish television broadcaster, has launched its initial public offering just weeks after the successful flotation of Poland's PKO Bank, the largest from a company in central and Eastern Europe.

JP Morgan is sole global co-ordinator and joint bookrunner on the offer with Poland's Centralny Dom Maklerski Pekao and CA IB, the investment banking arm of Bank Austria on the 533m zloty (€125m) offer.
