Predictions for the City in 2019: the governor, the deals, the jobs, the bargains, oh, and Brexit

For the last few years we have been living in a world of “radical uncertainty”, to borrow former governor of the Bank of England Mervyn King’s phrase, and only a fool would try to make predictions for the City in 2019. So here goes.
