Private equity firm buys French schools network

Quilvest Private Equity has acquired a majority stake in Groupe des écoles Denis Huisman, a French network of higher education schools, from Platina Equity Solutions, a private equity manager.

GEDH’s chief executive officer Amin Khiari has also bought an undisclosed stake in the group, Quilvest said in an announcement. Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed, Private Equity News reports.
