Private equity firm PSC loses battle to keep control of lending trust

The agreement between the trust PSSL and Waterfall Asset Management marks the end of a protracted spat

Private equity firm Pollen Street Capital has finally lost its battle to maintain control of a direct-lending investment trust after a protracted spat.

In a 1 October filing on the London Stock Exchange, the trust, Pollen Street Secured Lending, said that it has terminated its investment management agreement with Pollen Street Capital and temporarily replaced it with Waterfall Asset Management, a specialty credit investment adviser.
