Ian Womack, the former chief executive of Aviva Investors' real estate division, has been hired as an adviser to the International Property Securities Exchange, a new trading venue for commercial property set to launch later this year.

Womack, whose career in property spans almost 40 years and who led Aviva's real-estate division for 15, until leaving in mid 2015, has been brought on board by IPSX to help develop relationships with companies that might want to list their shares on it.
