Prosperity makes case for Russia

Moscow fund manager wants to improve distribution

Prosperity Capital Management, one of the largest firms investing in Russia, is considering linking with a domestic player or large Western group to improve distribution of its products in Russia.

The Moscow-based firm, which was established by two Swedes in 1996, has enjoyed increased success in attracting Western clients and now wants Russian ones. It has captured a UK pension fund client and recently a UK multi-management firm became Prosperity's single largest client.
