Prudential of US to woo European mass affluent

The Prudential Insurance Company of America has unveiled Strategist, an asset management product designed to attract the &quotmass affluent&quot in Europe.

The &quotmass affluent&quot refers to individuals prepared to invest at least $50,000 and, on average, $500,000. Prudential Insurance, which is popularly referred to as &quotthe Rock&quot on account of its cliff-face logo, has identified asset allocation as an area of the investment process where these individuals need help. It believes its solution to this need is unique.
