De Guardiola Advisors, the US boutique investment bank which focuses on investment management deals, has snared Anastasia Tronoski from larger rival Putnam Lovell Securities.

The appointment sees Tronoski reunited with boss Roberto De Guardiola, who left Putnam Lovell a year ago to set up the specialist US business. De Guardiola, a widely respected name in money management corporate finance - including being long-standing adviser to Charlie Brady of Amvescap - has now expanded the staff to six, according to InvestorForce.com.
