Quilter, the boutique investment manager which last year became part of a wealth management joint venture between US banks Citi and Morgan Stanley, has continued an aggressive hiring push, with the recruitment of two managers.

Chris Scott joins as regional sales manager and Jason Stolte joins as investment manager, in Jersey. Scott will report to Glenn Hawksbee, head of sales, and Stolte will report to Tim Childe, head of Quilter's Jersey branch.
