Quilter, the boutique investment manager which last year became part of a wealth management joint venture between US banks Citi and Morgan Stanley, has recruited an investment manager in Jersey.

Damien Maltwood starts as investment manager in the firm's Jersey office. This follows the recent appointments of Jason Stolte, investment manager, and Chris Scott, regional sales manager, both in Jersey.
