Goldman Sachs has recruited Niccolo Ragnini from UBS as an executive director in its European debt capital markets team in London.

Ragnini will focus on public sector and corporate debt capital markets business. He will report to Chris Grigg, head of European corporates at Goldman Sachs, and to James Garvey, head of the sovereign, supranational and agency team.
