Rathbones and Investec Wealth & Investment have officially joined forces in the City, as the landmark merger between the wealth managers presses ahead.

The pair have eliminated what was “previously an area of risk to the overall cost of the integration”, according to half-year results published on 31 July, by moving staff out of Finsbury Circus and into Gresham Street earlier this month.
