The wealth management arm of the Royal Bank of Canada, RBC Wealth Management, has hired a senior banker for its Dubai office, the latest in a string of appointments as the bank expands its presence in the growth region.

Vineet Arora joins as senior banker reporting to Richard Gorab, director of the Dubai office. He previously worked for IIFL Private Wealth Management where he was head of Middle East and Africa. He has 12 years experience and also worked at Swiss bank Clariden Leu and Indian lender ICICI.
