Paolo Gilardi has left JP Morgan Chase to become head of Italian structured derivative marketing at Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS).

Gilardi, who will focus on RBS' European financial markets client activities in Italy, will liaise with Alberto Zaffignani, who recently joined RBS from JP Morgan Chase as head of capital markets sales for the region, Enrico Casini, head of Italian FX sales, and John McCormick, global head of FM sales and distribution.
