The bank will repay fees charged to small and medium-sized business customers between 2008 and 2013

RBS expects £400m charge linked to Global Restructuring Group

Royal Bank of Scotland will pay back around £400 million in fees charged to customers of its controversial Global Restructuring Group.

RBS said in a statement on November 8 that, as well as the repayments, it was setting up a complaints process for small and medium-sized customers of the GRG to be overseen by retired High Court Judge Sir William Blackburnebe.
