London’s future as one of the world’s top destinations for real estate investment has been called into question by a report showing a significant decrease in the number of investors planning on upping their allocations to the UK capital over the next two decades.
The city is often cited as one of the strongest and most attractive real estate markets in the world and 73% of investors are looking to increase their allocations to London in the next two years. However, the number planning to increase their exposure to the UK capital falls to 45% in the next 10 years and just 38% in the next 20%.
