Renaissance Investment Management, the emerging markets funds arm of the Moscow-based financial group, has hired the director of business development and distribution at hedge fund RAB Capital as its co-chief executive.

Renaissance Group has hired Rod Barker to develop its investment management business, with a particular focus on the positioning of its investment funds in the international market place, said Renaissance Group chief executive Stephen Jennings.
