Renaissance Capital, the Moscow-based private investment bank, has recruited two equity sales heads from Citigroup and Goldman Sachs, bringing the total of recent hires to 10 in the past six weeks.

Brian Robinson joins Renaissance Capital from Citigroup as managing director and head of international sales, while Dominic Bokor-Ingram, formerly at Goldman Sachs, also becomes a managing director in the equity international sales division. Both will be based in London.
