A resurgent performance in UK equity capital markets work in the second quarter has left corporate finance house Numis Securities on track for its highest first-half bookrunner ranking ever for such deals.
Numis was ranked 11th at the end of March for UK ECM bookrunner roles, according to data provider Dealogic. In its trading update for the six months to the end of March, noted the paucity of deals in the UK over the period, but added that it had a number of transactions set to complete in April.
