Nearly 6,000 roles at Deutsche Bank have been axed or earmarked for cuts since the German lender announced a radical plan in July to reshape the business, Financial News has learned.
Deutsche, which has come under fire in the past for failing to execute previous wide-ranging restructuring announcements, plans to eliminate 18,000 jobs over the next three years as part of sweeping changes unveiled by chief executive Christian Sewing.
