The pandemic may have put the brakes on high-street shopping, but ultra-high-net-worth individuals are using the slump to snap up top-end London properties.

The capital's Grosvenor Square has emerged as the area with the priciest buys with properties fetching an average of £27m so far this year, according to mortgage broker to the wealthy Enness Global.
