Royal Bank of Scotland has promoted new heads of client coverage for the UK and Europe within its new-look investment banking business.

The UK bank in February restructured its operations, moving the markets, large UK and international corporate clients and financial institutional client businesses into a unit called corporate and institutional banking. Donald Workman was named head of C&I.
