Riverstone Energy, a new fund fronted by Sir Robert Wilson, the former chairman of gas company BG Group, has filed for an initial public offering in London that could raise up to £1.5 billion.
Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan are acting as joint global coordinators and join bookrunners on the float. Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley are bookrunners, while Berenberg Bank and Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co, a specialist energy investment bank, are acting as co-lead managers.
