Royal London Asset Management has appointed luxury residential developer Londonewcastle to manage the development of its 2.5 acre site in Fulham. The £200m to £300m project near Hurlingham Park will include 300 apartments, as well as retail and leisure space. The firms are currently crafting a planning application that will go before Hammersmith & Fulham council.
