Royal London Asset Management (RLAM) has appointed Susan Spiller as head of defined contribution (DC) sales in London from Charles Schwab & Co in San Francisco.

She will be responsible for leading the development of a competitive retirement product in tandem with RLAM's deputy chief executive, David Hughson. Spiller will also oversee the daily operation of the DC team, focusing on expanding the firm's existing relationship with investment and pension consultants.
