Russell Investments, the asset manager, seems to be making good on its plans to build out its fiduciary management business with appointments from a rival firm.

It is understood that Colin English, a veteran in the UK pensions business, is joining the asset manager from his current role as head of business development in the UK at fiduciary manager Mn Services, now known as MN, which has operations in the Netherlands and manages €65bn in assets.
