Russell Investments has hired Tom Goodwin in a new role as senior research director for Russell Indexes. Based in New York, he will research capital market and investing trends, publish reports, and speak with clients and the media. He was previously a principal and founder of Wealth Econometrics and was the chief economist for King County, Washington. He rejoins Russell after three years.
