St Petersburg-based KIT Finance has hired four directors to its investment banking business as Russian banks continue to expand despite the fall in capital market activity in recent months.

Dmitry Volkov has been appointed as director of debt capital markets, responsible for placement of bonds and other debt instruments by Russian issuers in domestic and global capital markets.
