Russian pharmacy chain delays Europe's first IPO of 2003

Pharmacy Chain 36.6, the Russian healthcare retailer and pharmaceutical manufacturer, has delayed its $25.6m (€23.9m) initial public offering.

ING Investment Banking was sole bookrunner and lead manager of the offer with MDM Bank, the Russian firm, acting as co-lead manager. It would have been the first IPO in Europe this year.
