Jeffrey Sacks has left Merrill Lynch Investment Managers after less than two years to join MPC Investors, the London-based fund management firm.

Sacks, a 15-year veteran of Asian equities, will launch an Asian equity long/short hedge fund in June, working alongside MPC's founders Mark Hadsley-Chaplin, Patrick German and Chris Maude.
