Investment and advisory firm Salamanca Group has launched a metals and mining division and recruited Jeremy Wrathall as its managing director.

Wrathall takes the reins of Salamanca Resources having previously worked as head of investment banking at Renaissance Capital in London, a role in which he oversaw the firm's metals and mining work in Africa.
