A recruitment crisis is emerging in the world of law.

City firms are pushing salaries skywards. Bonuses are beyond what many juniors would have dreamt of even five years ago. But eye-watering pay packets alone clearly are not enough to attract the amount of talent law firms need to fill the gaps in their ranks.
