Howard Sherman has joined Spanish bank Banco Santander in a senior stock execution role in London, reporting to the head of equities, Victor Cortes.

Most recently he was employed by French lender Societe Generale as global co-head of cash equity execution, according to his LinkedIn profile. A Santander spokeswoman confirmed the move.
