Schroder & Co Bank, the Swiss unit of the UK-listed asset management firm, has announced that chief executive Luc Denis will retire at the end of June 2013, when he will take on a role as a senior adviser. He has been chief executive since 2003, having joined Schroders in 1984 to establish its Geneva office. He will be replaced by Adrian Nösberger from July 1. Nösberger has held senior private banking management roles with Bank Leu / Clariden Leu from 2003 to 2011, and will be based in Zurich.
