Schroders CEO’s pay falls £3.7m after ‘challenging’ 2022

Richard Keers, Schroders’ chief financial officer, also saw a reduction in his pay packet amid harsh economic conditions and reduced investor risk appetite

Schroders boss Peter Harrison took an almost £4m hit to his pay last year, as turbulent markets helped put a 44% dent in his remuneration.

According to Schroders’ annual report, published on 24 March, Harrison’s total remuneration for 2022 was £4.7m — down from the £8.4m he was awarded during the previous year.
