Schroders and Jupiter, two of the City’s biggest fund managers, have launched support networks for staff with conditions like ADHD, autism and dyslexia. 

Schroders said its neurodiversity network, set up this month, will help foster a sense of belonging and community among neurodiverse employees and promote neurodiverse talent.
