Schroder Investment Management, the UK fund manager, has been hit by the departure of two senior Asian-based executives.

John Ford, the Hong Kong-based managing director and head of distribution, is quitting to join Fidelity Investments and Philip Brooks, Asia Pacific product manager, is leaving for Wellington Management in Singapore.
