Schroder Salomon Smith Barney plans to expand its investment banking technology group, and to strengthen its M&A effort with various senior relocations and hires.

Keith Mullins, a managing director and previously head of the bank's emerging growth stock research division in New York, is relocating to London to head up the technology group.
