Schroders has announced a series of changes at the top of its investment business, including the creation of a head of investments role and recruiting a product-strategy chief from Lombard Odier.

The company said Charles Prideaux, who joined from BlackRock in late 2017 as head of solutions, has been promoted to the new role of global head of investments. His brief will be the management, oversight and development of Schroders’ investment platform, according to a September 4 statement.
