The Securities and Exchange Commission announced that Peter J. Curley has been named associate director for clearance and settlement in the SEC's division of trading and markets. Brian A. Bussey has been named associate director for derivatives policy and trading practices. Curley has been an attorney fellow in the division since August 2010. Curley was previously a senior executive with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited. Prior to joining the SEC, Bussey was a corporate associate at Kirkland & Ellis.
