Second Russian float cut in less than three days

A second Russian company in less than three days has been forced to scale back its initial public offering plans as local market analysts warn of a drain on liquidity on the Moscow market.

RTM had been expected to get a valuation of between $350m (€260m) and $440m, however was forced to price its flotation through the bottom of the range, valuing it at $310m.
