Seilheimer to lead HVB's new credit business

HVB Group, Germany's second largest banking group, has appointed Ronald Seilheimer to manage the newly-established credit division within its corporates and markets business segment.

Seilheimer has been with HVB, previously known as HypoVereinsbank, since 1995. He was responsible for setting up and running the acquisition and leveraged finance division at Bayerische Vereinsbank before the bank's merger with Bayerische Hypothekenbank in 1998 to create HypoVereinsbank.
