Warburg Dillon Read has made another senior addition to its leveraged finance team. Ian Hardington has joined Warburg as co-head of the European leveraged finance group.

The appointment of Hardington comes just a few weeks after Warburg poached Jeff Lubin from Deutsche Banc Alex Brown in the US as head of European high yield.
