Senior UK equity manager quits DeAM

Mark Lovett, senior UK equity manager with Deutsche Asset Management (DeAM) in London, has quit to join rival firm Dresdner RCM.

At Dresdner RCM, Lovett will report to chief investment officer Neil Dwane, who also has responsibility for UK equities. Lovat will help fill gaps left by the departure of former UK equity chief Stuart Fowler to Axa Investment Managers and Derek Lygo who has left to join First State.
