Sir Michael Moritz, one of the most prominent venture capitalists in Silicon Valley, is not buying into the blockchain, the technology that is all the rage on Wall Street.

Speaking on a panel at fintech conference Money 20/20 in Copenhagen on April 4, Moritz, the chairman of venture capital firm Sequoia Capital, said he does not believe blockchain solves any problem for the consumer.
